2025 Contest Prize Wins

  Last year I started keeping track of the prizes I won. You can read that post here  2024 Contest Prize Wins . It is a great post to have for memories so I’m going to start a new post for 2025. I received the first prize of 2025. It took a little to get it because my friend picked it up for me. This was a prize pack from Ottawabloggers and Tiffinit. I thought the prize was just going to be spices as that is all the contest indicated. I got a basket with spices, some cookies that are likely not vegan, 2 toques and some other knickknacks that will be given to my non vegan friend. The spices smell really good and they are vegan. I don’t know what the value of this basket is so I’m going to estimate $50. value of prize $50 Total value of prizes 2025 $50 Thank you for reading. PInecone Research Review

Pinecone Research has become my favourite site to complete surveys. The surveys pay $3 each but they only take around 15 minutes and I enjoy competing the ones they send sometimes they also send products to test and another $3 survey to go with it. This survey site is different than the other in that you qualify for every survey that is sent to you and you don't have to fill in extra questions to see if you do qualify. I have only been getting on average 3 surveys a week but that spare cash does add up. It is also low cash out and you can cash out when you have $3 so after one survey and the cash out options are paypal, cheque, or rewards. I have only requested cheques so far but I usually receive them in a few days after I request them. There are a few negatives one it seems like there is only one person in customer service I had e-mailed a question and I received a generic answer that didn't address my question .I originally thought the payments would be $3 US but they are $3 CDN as I am in Canada. They send household questionnaires frequently there are no payments for this but help to get more surveys they only take a few minutes to fill out but they seem to come at the same time. If you miss too many surveys they will stop sending surveys. This is a really good company for earning a little bit of spare change if you are like me and like doing them. This is a hard company to get accepted to they are exclusive but I have found they are one of the better survey sites for Canada. I have other sites that pay more however the surveys are much less frequent and the minimums to cash out are much higher so overall there are advantages to Pinecone They don't have referrals and there are only certain times throughout the year that they will have openings if you get the opportunity and are interested in completing surveys for some spare cash this is a very good one to join.

It has been over six months since I had Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE). I have some previous blogs about getting diagnosed and the day of the procedure. I went into menopause in my forties after having uterine fibroid embolization for fibroids. I was loving menopause not worrying about bleeding was so great. All the symptoms I had except for a few were easier than dealing with fibroid periods. I went to Jamaica with my friend in April and she got hers on the trip and I was like I don’t miss those days. I won over $1600 worth of prizes from contests in 2024

It’s now January 2025 and I will start a new blog post I already have two prizes to write about. Thank you to those who follow llll along with my contesting journey and please keep tagging me in contests on Instagram @LivingOttawaLocal  2024 Total Contest Wins was $1635. I loved all the prizes but the two standout ones were the $200 and free tickets to the originals market and tickets to the LionKing Broadway Show. You can read all about it below.  I enter and win a lot of contests but I always forget to keep track of what I win.
